History & Heritage
Founded in 1938, Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse is the oldest continuously operating restaurant in the White Mountains and the fifth-oldest steakhouse in Arizona. Born from two joined log cabins at the end of Prohibition, it quickly became famous for “corn squeezings” and hand-cut steaks. Today, you’re invited to take the same historic “taste” journey under the shade of century-old pines.
